Performers who are socially connected to their values & mentally, physically & emotionally, too - are less likely to be reactive.

When children, adults & high performers are scared of being disliked they protect themselves
by practising perfectionism, rehearsing conversations, controlling emotions.

WHAT YOU DON´T SEE, but feel... IS WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON.
