RESEARCHING ON ALLOWING A DEVELOPMENT OF THINKING THAT FEARS TO BE UNCOMMON, YET DOES NOT PRETEND.
DECODING OPPOSITIONS TO EXPRESS THE UNKNOWN AS A FORM OF LIVING.

GETTING TO THE POINT + PRACTICING OBSERVATION + ALLOWING CHAOS TO SHAPE UP SIMPLICITY.

What started as the vision to let athletes and artists tell the truth about the lies they have been telling themselves during & after their careers, ended as a personal research - drawn by the irony and multifaceted-opposing expression of truths and lies.
Feeling slightly intimidated by my fascination for this topic I am taking time to do one-takes you can find on Spotify ( I am aware that the platform is toxic, for now it has been enabling this process to be smooth and easy, but I will try to find another one, once I have built enough material).
The episodes speak about what keeps my mind exploring. I am letting go of my opinions as much as I possibly can, yet I am conditioned to try out positions that give me safety or decode false safety.
Who decides that we are failing?
Dealing with my resistance to be perceived as stupid, inviting failure and including the fear to express myself as a part of this project.
Whilst I am allowing the podcast to be chaotic, I speak about running systems in the world that support athletes and artists to thrive, understanding that self-betrayal will be included during growth. Discovering the sounds that run our bodies whilst we win or loose and decoding reactivity within the mind.
Last but not least... as a way to bridge humor and seriously painful insights, I am committed to continue letting people share their stories and share what I observe through observing mine and shaping new words and ways of connecting our understanding of worth. Not only as humans, but also as performers. Not only as performers, but also in arts. Melting arts and science through story telling and finding poetry in facts. Releasing tension mentally to maintain a bounce that feels good, feels right, is calm, yet used to stay present.
